SANTO DOMINGO.-Mallorca Village is the new real estate development presented to the Dominican market and will be located in La Romana, in the east of the country, a project focused on affordable housing with a projected investment of 1.2 billion pesos.
The new proposal was unveiled during a meeting at the Bottega Fratelli restaurant in the Dominican capital, where its promoters explained that the complex will be located near the main tourist infrastructures of the east, such as Casa De Campo, Bayahibe, Punta Cana, and Bávaro, and only 10 minutes from La Caleta beach in La Romana.
A press release highlights that the project will be developed under a trust structure, in partnership with Fiduciaria Universal, generating 500 direct jobs. It details that the design features a tourism and eco-friendly concept, with ample green spaces, parks, an outdoor gym, a children's playground, an exercise trail, and a pool club.

The press release emphasizes that the Roig, Ginebra, and Vitienes families will act as investor trustees. The project was designed by the architectural firm Sánchez and Curiel.
Miguel Roig, Project Manager of the Mallorca Village Trust, highlighted that the apartments boast a modern and comfortable design that combines elegance and functionality. "At the same time, it fills us with satisfaction to be able to bring paradise, through a project of this nature, to sectors that have not traditionally enjoyed these amenities," the executive explained.
The event was attended by brokers, industry professionals, and representatives from real estate agencies. The project is supported by Master Brokers Urban Group, RE/MAX Metropolitana, Elite House, Loft Home, and Golden Castle.
