Le Ciel Golf & Residences is one of the country's newest real estate developments. This exclusive residential complex will be located in Cap Cana, with completion projected for the end of 2026, and will be developed by Utopia Development.
It is the company's third tourist and residential real estate project and will consist of 50 luxury residential units to be built on the 'driving range' of the 'Las Iguanas' golf course, according to a press release.

The GVA Arquitectos group was responsible for the design of the project. "Its architecture and design make this project one of a kind. Its exclusive location, nestled in a natural environment surrounded by lush landscapes, provides an unparalleled living experience," the press release highlights.

The residential units will consist of 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms, with high-quality finishes and views of the sea or the golf course. "Their design features a spacious and bright layout, with high ceilings integrated with marble or natural wood floors, solid wood doors, and high-end fixtures; a modular kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and quartz countertops; and bathrooms finished with ceramic and natural stone," details the press release.

According to the press release, it also includes interior gardens, a spa with a jacuzzi, sensory treatment and relaxation rooms, two infinity pools located on the first level and a rooftop terrace overlooking the sea, a highly equipped fitness studio, a large multipurpose room, and a play area for children to enjoy.
