SANTO DOMINGO.- SUFE Construction Company, with more than a decade of experience in the real estate market, launched Garden City Punta Cana, a residential project consisting of a complex of apartments, a commercial area, and a recreational area.
A press release highlights that the complex will have access via a central boulevard that will allow visitors to tour the entire project with views towards the green area of the project.
It will be developed on a total surface area of 2,266 m2, which will allow excellent views from the apartments to enjoy the natural landscape it offers, in addition to beautiful white sand beaches located 10 minutes away.
The need to develop this project stems from the scarcity of land for low-cost housing in the area surrounding Santo Domingo, its executives emphasized.

According to the statement, the homes start at US$91,000.00 and the purchase process requires a reservation with US$3,000, with a 10% down payment and an initial payment of 30%.
