SANTO DOMINGO- Civilmek, a construction, development and design company, will add 1,400 housing units to the country in the coming years, with the construction of several projects that the company has in its portfolio, according to engineer Milton Lorenzo Franco García, COO of the brand.
In a speech at the launch of Circle Residences, a new project to be built in Cap Cana, the executive highlighted the brand's accumulated experience of more than 25 years in the market, emphasizing that during that time the firm has dedicated itself to transforming ideas into great realities.
Franco García explained to a large group of representatives who attended the event that Civilmek is currently developing the construction of 160,000 square meters, for 1,000 apartment units, totaling 1,400 rooms, with a value of 310 million dollars, of investment at the national level, highlighting that the works contribute to the generation of jobs directly and indirectly.
He explained that in four years, they have managed to design more than 837,000 square meters, including residential properties, hotels, and luxury villas, combining architectural design with the satisfaction of their future residents in each project.
“We have a concrete manifestation of the desire to create spaces that inspire, that connect the community and improve the quality of life of its inhabitants,” Franco García pointed out.
