SANTO DOMINGO.- The first “Safe Meters Forum: Real Estate Investment Squared” will be inaugurated on the occasion of the fact that in September the El Inmobiliarioreaches its fourth year of operations.
The meeting, scheduled to take place on September 30th at the Catalonia Hotel on the Malecón in the Dominican capital, will bring together for the first time a diverse range of specialists in one place who will analyze and offer guidance on how to sell real estate safely in the country.
Furthermore, what everyone involved in a real estate transaction should know before embarking on a property purchase or sale to avoid falling victim to bad practices.
Also, at the first Forum event, the second edition of Mujer de Concreto will be launched, whose first print run sold out in record time; also the 12th edition of El Inmobiliario will be printed.
Also on the agenda will be the announcement of the categories to be awarded in the first edition of the Mujer de Concreto award, whose first ceremony is scheduled for March 2026 and which will recognize the work and effort of women in the industry.
"The Safe Meters Forum: Real Estate Investment Squared" is aimed at investors, real estate agents, entrepreneurs, builders, architects, developers, lawyers and surveyors.
It is also aimed at students in careers related to the market and the public interested in legal security and real estate issues.
The forum will establish itself as a learning and networking platform, with an agenda that will include a keynote address, thematic panels, exhibitions, and project presentations.
The founder and director of the media outlet, Ana María Ramos, reported that this meeting will feature a varied menu of content to enrich the knowledge of audiences linked to the real estate business.
“It has been a year of hard work for El Inmobiliario. A period in which we have focused on the growth of the project and, above all, in which we will continue to contribute so that the real estate market, tourism and investment continue to gain visibility and strength in the country,” Ramos stated.

Among the new features, a “Writing Pavilion” will be included, a space intended to promote and highlight the initiatives of actors in this field and their efforts for initiatives of works and documents that contribute to the strengthening and work of the industry.
It will also incorporate a "Wellbeing Pavilion" with the purpose of promoting balance and emotional health among professionals.
The meeting, which will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Santo Domingo, will have a “Guest Destination” to contribute a meaningful experience to the event.
