SANTO DOMINGO EAST – Executives from the construction company Terra presented their new real estate project, Ad Metropolitan, a 25-story family tower to be located in the Alma Rosa sector of this municipality. According to its developers, the project will represent a significant development for the area.
A press release highlights that Ad Metropolitan is the result of a fifty-year-old dream, dating back to when the first generation of the family, originally from Alma Rosa, began their careers in construction, always envisioning building in the area where they were born. Today, the third generation will be responsible for making that dream a reality with this new complex, noted Ana María Suárez, Commercial Director of Constructora Terra.
"This proposal not only redefines the skyline of Santo Domingo Este and Alma Rosa, raising its profile, but will also touch our hearts in a deep and meaningful way, establishing a new standard in the luxury real estate sector in the Dominican Republic," said José Arturo and Antonio Melchor Alcántara, executives of the construction company who were in charge of the project presentation.

The press release explains that its structure, in addition to its housing units, will have high-tech elements for the convenience of its inhabitants, among which its state-of-the-art elevators, access controls for elevators and video intercom, gates with controlled access, and full power plant were highlighted.
It specifies that the proposal will also have "recreational areas only seen in this project in the area, gym, coworking space, children's area, open-air cinema on the rooftop, rooftop garden, swimming pool, terrace, lounge and a club for owners.".
The building will be located between San Francisco de Asis, Activo 20-30, and Costa Rica streets. Details of the project were revealed at a cocktail party for brokers held last week.
