With this opening, the RI now has 26 branches nationwide
With the aim of bringing the institution closer to users and strengthening the development of the real estate sector in the Southern region, the Real Estate Registry (RI) inaugurated its new service office yesterday in the province of Azua.
This new branch boasts a modern and innovative infrastructure, allowing all the institution's procedures and requests to be carried out from one place, guaranteeing an agile, efficient and quality service, reducing costs and travel time, the organization reported in a press release.
The opening ceremony was led by the president of the Supreme Court of Justice (SCJ), Luis Henry Molina Peña, who highlighted that the availability of property registration and cadastral surveying services will be strengthened with the newly inaugurated office.
“We want to assure all citizens, authorities and businesspeople that here they will find a team of professionals ready to assist them every step of the way, guaranteeing transparency and security in their transactions,” he declared.
For his part, the general administrator of the RI, Jhonattan Toribio Frías, indicated that with the opening of the modern space, a milestone is marked in the southern zone of the country, making available to the residents of the province and surrounding localities, an office from which they can make deposits of cadastral and registry applications, as well as the withdrawal of products.
Similarly, in the newly opened service infrastructure, the Real Estate Registry will offer consultation of public documents, allow for appearances and virtual meetings with title registrars and regional directors of surveys, among other services.
“Mission accomplished, people of Azua,” said Senator Lía Díaz de Díaz, representing that district, during her speech, while thanking the President of the Supreme Court of Justice for opening the office.
The opening of the branch was attended by judicial officials and local authorities such as the governor of Azua de Compostela, Ángela Pérez; Senator Lía Díaz de Díaz; the representative of the National Police of Azua, Lieutenant Colonel Rafael Carvajal Tejada, among others.
The new office is located in the Azua Commercial Plaza, unit 101, and is available Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. With its opening, the RI now has 26 offices nationwide.
