SANTO DOMINGO.- Mobiliapp, a digital tool and app, announced that it has revamped its website to further facilitate the work of real estate agents by offering new options for their operations.
“Now we have a more intuitive and user-friendly interface, where users can pre-qualify for mortgage loans with the bank without going to the bank, see recently published properties, find properties by monthly payment, those that qualify for the housing bonus, by name or location, by size or square footage, etc. Saving time and money,” explains Rafael Paredes, the company's general manager.
It explains that now clients, real estate agents, construction companies and real estate agencies can publish their properties for free, stay up to date on their properties by receiving notifications, receive leads digitally, send loan pre-qualification requests to their leads and know the number of views their properties have.
As a new feature, El Inmobiliario mentions that properties can be shared digitally, participation in fairs and events is free, banners can be published quickly and easily on the page, and payments can be made with credit or debit cards for all services, among other facilities.
“We are also introducing Mobi Leads, the new publishing plan that allows you to control your budget and only pay for what you use. Simply complete the minimum number of approved properties on the platform for activation, and you can publish as many properties as you want without time limits,” he adds.
Regarding the advantages of the revamped platform, Paredes emphasizes that it has a greater reach at a national and international level, relationships with the main banks in the country, more intuitive search filters saving time, affordability to all audiences, geolocation of properties to highlight the attributes of the sector (school, supermarket, nurseries, etc.), web platform and mobile application, organization of fairs and real estate events and implementation of new technologies.
He argues that real estate agents boost their sales with the commissions they generate from previous sales in a cyclical process, and that for this reason they grouped a large part of the processes they must complete to achieve their closings.
“We have the web platform and app to showcase properties, leads, pre-qualifications with banks and soon lead cleanups, among other functions, which save time and reduce operating costs for agents.”.
Mobiliapp was founded in mid-2020, at a time when the COVID-19 pandemic forced humanity to reinvent itself to survive, and when digital tools made that change possible.
This tool allows users to view and search for real estate properties in a comprehensive and affordable way, highlighting the attributes of their surroundings in real time (schools, supermarkets, public transport, etc.) and where you can pre-qualify for a mortgage. “We're bringing back the same concept with a more modern, intuitive, and simple design, segmenting each audience to provide a better experience when posting or searching, saving time.”.
Rafael Paredes explains that the platform is organizing the installation of the country's first Virtual Experience Centers in major shopping centers, where shoppers can learn about real estate projects and properties listed on the platform and take a virtual tour using Oculus headsets. "This way, people visiting the shopping center can tour properties and projects that haven't even been built yet, taking advantage of their visit to the supermarket, the pharmacy, or after buying an ice cream.".
Some of the platform's partner banks are BHD, Scotiabank, Banesco, and Vimenca, while some of the projects available on the platform include Pablo Mella Morales, Green Garden, JP XII TOWER, UrbanLife Residences, and Residencial Laura IV, among others.
