SANTO DOMINGO.- 2024 has been a key year for digital transformation in Premium Real Estate. The implementation of virtual reality has allowed clients to explore properties from anywhere in the world.

The company's CEO, Glauco González, highlighted the importance of this innovation, noting that the process of buying real estate has been simplified through this new scenario.

In addition, González stated that another of their advances has been the reduction of friction when acquiring a property, which has allowed customers to have a much more agile and simple experience.

Furthermore, he indicated that the firm continues in a growth phase to strengthen its presence in the national and international market, highlighting this point among its new developments.

“Our evolution has been exceptional over these 12 years. We have grown steadily, adapting to market trends and the needs of our clients,” he stated in an interview with El Inmobiliario.

According to what was expressed, he said that this process of innovation and adaptation has allowed them to improve the offer to achieve the dream that everyone wants to have: acquiring their ideal home.

Speaking about its internationalization, he pointed out that Premium Real Estate has a fairly clear focus. This has been to strengthen collaboration with the foreign market, as well as create strategic alliances.

In conversation with El Inmobiliario, Glauco González specified that, in this niche, what the company intends is to project the country as a “reliable, attractive destination with high potential for real estate investment”.

The CEO stated that the country's real estate market is distinguished by a number of challenges such as inflation, rising interest rates, and the increasing cost of construction materials. 

Although this is the current reality, he revealed that, in general, there is a landscape full of opportunities due to the growing demand for sustainable developments and more functional spaces.

“Despite the challenges, the outlook is optimistic, and we believe the sector will continue to move forward,” he said.

In that same vein, he explained that this year has been marked by global economic adjustments, but that the company has viewed these challenges as opportunities.

This situation has led the company, which today has 40 real estate agents, to innovate and improve the services they offer to their different audiences.
